Ian Kagame son of Rwanda President Paul Kagame has successfully graduated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst UK with a ranks of a lieutenant.
Ian is regarded by many as the heir to the throne in Rwanda.
President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame both attended Graduation ceremony.
