BUSHENYI:
The Greater Bushenyi regional police spokesperson SP Martial Tumusiime has revealed to the AnkoleTimes that, the body of Atwijukire Adam was today morning found lying near his motorcycle in Buhuma1 cell, Buramba ward, Ishaka division, Ishaka -Bushenyi municipality Bushenyi District.
The deceased is a male adult aged 26 years old, munyankole by tribe, Bodaboda rider and resident of Katimba cell, Rushinya parish, Kakanju sub-county Bushenyi District.
It’s alleged that the deceased left Ishaka town with his motorcycle and stopped at a bar belonging to Jingo Lawrence where he took crude waragi with his fellow Bodaboda rider Ainembabazi Simon and today morning his body was found lifeless in front of the bar.
“Our police team visited the scene of crime and took the body to Kampala International University Medical Center for postmortem and it was discovered that the deceased was Strangualed to death,” Tumusiime revealed.
He added that statements were recorded from relevant witnesses then arrested Ainembabazi Simon and bar owner Jingo Lawrence to help in investigations
